AI Transformation Product Manager

About the Role

Lead an AI Transformation Pod to deliver internal AI solutions that drive operational efficiency at Abnormal Security.

What You Will Do

• Own a transformation pod and identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Define product requirements and roadmaps for AI-native solutions.
• Leverage AI developer tools like Cursor, v0, and Claude Code to iterate quickly.
• Manage the product lifecycle, measure impact, and report to leadership.

Must Haves

• Technical degree and product management experience with AI products.
• Software engineering background and strong understanding of LLMs and agents.
• Stakeholder management at the executive level.
• Proficiency in at least one language (Python preferred) and AI tools experience.

Nice to Have

• Enterprise software experience, AI/ML research, or open source contributions.

Compensation

Base salary range 127,500-150,000 USD plus benefits and equity eligibility.
