Terms

• AiFirstRemote is a job board only. We are not an employer, recruiter, or agent.
• Listings are provided by third parties. We do not verify every claim and make no guarantees about accuracy, legitimacy, availability, or hiring outcomes.
• We may edit, reject, remove, unpublish, deprioritize, or block any listing/user at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
• You apply directly to the company (email or external link). We do not store applications or guarantee delivery/receipt by employers.
• By posting, you confirm you have authority to post and the right to use/upload any content (including logos). You grant us a worldwide license to display your listing and assets to operate the site.
• You agree not to post scams, illegal/discriminatory content, or misleading roles, and not to abuse/attack the site.
• Manage links are bearer tokens: anyone with the link can manage the listing. Keep it secret. We’re not responsible for misuse if it’s shared/leaked.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your listing, hiring process, or content.
• The site is provided “as is”.

Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to run the site:

• Employers: email (confirmation + manage link), job listing content, optional logo upload.
• Newsletter/waitlist: email via GetWaitlist (until you unsubscribe).
• Technical/security logs: basic logs (e.g., IP, user agent, timestamps) from hosting/Supabase/abuse protection.
