Customer-facing technical role at the intersection of AI research and real-world applications. Build demos, troubleshoot issues, help customers implement Speech AI.
What You'll Do
- Guide customers through implementation and production deployment (60%)
- Build custom demos and prototypes for specific use cases
- Troubleshoot production issues across streaming and async APIs
- Serve as voice of customer to Product and Research teams (30%)
Requirements
- Based in or relocating to NYC or San Francisco
- 4+ years customer-facing technical experience (Solutions Architect, Developer Advocate, etc.)
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills
- Proficiency with AI tools: Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar
- 10-25% travel
