Cloud Infrastructure Engineer II, Platform Infrastructure

About the Role

Build and operate the infrastructure foundation for Abnormal Security's platform as the company scales beyond email security.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and operate multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure).
• Develop infrastructure as code for scalable, auditable provisioning.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams and participate in on-call.
• Reduce toil through automation and reliability improvements.

Must Haves

• 4+ years building cloud infrastructure for microservice systems.
• Python experience plus Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, and Terraform.
• Production operations experience and strong communication skills.
• Practical use of generative AI tools in engineering workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude).

Nice to Have

• Bash, Golang, Terragrunt, or AWS certifications.

Compensation

Base salary range 148,800-175,000 USD plus benefits and equity eligibility.
