Full Stack Engineer, Scheduling

The Team

The Scheduling group is evolving a monolith into services. You'll design and support core scheduling features that power Calendly's product.

What you'll do

• Build features for high-impact enterprise customers
• Contribute to platform scaling and microservices modernization
• Partner with Product and Design on requirements
• Review implementation plans and mentor teammates

Requirements

• 4+ years software development at a SaaS/tech company
• Professional experience with Rails (preferred) or Node.js
• TypeScript proficiency
• Hands-on with service-oriented architectures and monolith-to-services migration
• Feature ownership end-to-end (discovery → release → maintenance)
• Experience with AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor)
• Available for on-call rotation

Compensation

$156k–$237k base + bonus & equity. Remote US (tiered by location). On-call required. US work authorization required.
