What you will do

• Run a modern, containerized service-oriented architecture and ship frequently.
• Solve performance and marketplace scaling challenges across backend services and user interfaces.
• Evaluate new technologies, improve the stack, and collaborate across teams.
• Use AI tools to speed delivery while meeting product and technical standards.

What you have

• Experience building business-critical software in fast-paced environments.
• Track record solving complex technical challenges at scale.
• Strong software craftsmanship, product mindset, and collaboration.

Our stack

Tools can be learned; focus is on your skills and approach.

• Languages and frameworks: Python and FastAPI, Go, C# and .NET Core.
• Datastores: Postgres, Memcached, Redis, Elasticsearch.
• Cloud: AWS, Kubernetes, Argo.
• Version control: GitLab.
• AI tooling: Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code.
• Observability: Datadog.
• Client side: React and TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin.

Salary range: 145,000 to 200,000 USD with equity eligibility; compensation varies by skills, experience, and location.
