• Own the roadmap for internal AI tooling and developer platforms.
• Lead teams working on AI-assisted code review, LLM tooling, CI/test performance, and dev environments.
• Partner across Infrastructure, ML, and Product to drive adoption.
• Build a high-performing team and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering management experience and strong technical background.
• Experience building AI/LLM-based tools or internal developer platforms.
• Ability to lead complex projects and drive adoption at scale.

Preferred

• Familiarity with tools like Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI APIs, or Glean.
• Experience scaling developer productivity across large engineering orgs.

Compensation

US base pay ranges 216,000-289,000 USD depending on location; equity eligible.
