The Opportunity

The Care Delivery team builds tools that support clients and providers between sessions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build and scale internal tooling for clinical teams.
• Improve personalization, insights, and human-in-the-loop AI workflows.
• Address scaling challenges as the platform grows.
• Partner with platform teams to improve in-session workflows.

Must Haves

• 2+ years building production systems and owning scoped development work.
• Full-stack experience across backend services, APIs, and UI.
• Comfort in evolving environments with strong collaboration skills.

Bonus Points

• Python and React experience; HIPAA or regulated data experience.
• AI tools familiarity such as Cursor or Claude Code.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay ranges 120,000-175,000 USD depending on remote or hybrid location plus comprehensive benefits.
