Vibe Coder/Product Tester

The Role

Bridge between engineering and users—build apps with Capacity's agentic coding platform, find edge cases, and shape the product.

What you'll do

• Build apps using Capacity's platform (landing pages → complex web apps)
• Discover bugs, edge cases, and limitations through creative testing
• Document UX issues and suggest improvements
• Test competitor tools (Lovable, v0, Bolt) and benchmark
• Provide feedback on features before they ship
• Create tutorials and example projects

Requirements

• Solid web dev fundamentals (not necessarily senior-level)
• Experience with AI coding tools, no-code platforms, or rapid prototyping
• Strong attention to detail—can articulate what feels "off"
• Clear communication about technical issues to engineers and non-technical folks
• Curious mindset, loves breaking things

Nice to Have

• Side projects, hackathons, or open source contributions
• QA testing, user research, or product management experience
• Design/UX background

Compensation & Process

$80k–$150k + 0.25%–1% equity. Remote US + Europe. Interview: casual chat → paid trial building with Capacity.
